I got into tech through eSports, designing graphics for top Counter-Strike teams at 14. At 17, I founded my first startup building ML systems for COVID-19 protocol enforcement in UAE.

I worked on decarbonization consulting at EY, helping energy clients navigate strategy and operations in transition. I also did stints in the space industry as an aide to two Arab astronauts.

At Columbia University, I completed my BA in Sustainable Development with a self-designed concentration in AI and Energy. I am currently doing my MA at Sciences Po PSIA in the inaugural Technology and Global Affairs Master's program.

I see sustainability as an opportunity to shift the status quo of operations and future-proof companies in an ever-changing global business environment. Today I run Noir, where we turn satellite and intelligence data into real-time physical risk products. This website includes some of my previous work across climate, AI, and energy. Happy to connect with anyone, or book a meeting here.

Noir

Noir is a geospatial AI platform for real-time situational awareness of energy assets, infrastructure, and physical risk.

It is built for energy companies, sovereign wealth funds, lenders, insurers, and operators making decisions in fast-changing regions.

The core problem is not data availability. The pipeline from collection to action is too slow, siloed, and manual, so critical signals often arrive after the decision window closes.

Noir closes that gap. Earth Agents ingest satellite imagery, OSINT, and sensor data, detect tile-level change across terrain, and deliver plain-language answers in under 15 seconds, without a GIS team.

As energy transition, resource competition, and geopolitical instability accelerate, misreading physical risk has become more costly. Noir gives institutions operational intelligence in time to act.

Emitted AI Coalition

Founded a coalition during the United Nations Pact for the Future consultations. It brought together technologists and policymakers from Microsoft AI, the International Energy Agency, and Columbia University around a simple problem: large tech companies were building AI at a scale that policymakers could not understand, and policymakers were setting rules that technologists could not work with. The two groups were not talking to each other in any meaningful way.

The coalition worked to change that, pushing large tech companies to take energy efficiency seriously as a design constraint rather than an afterthought, and building the working relationships between institutions that the Global Digital Compact required. The coalition's work contributed directly to the Compact's final shape.

SP3 Network

From 2021 to 2023, I served as chief of SP3, France's premier student organization for foreign policy, national security, intelligence, diplomacy, and defense. Alongside an exceptional team, we launched the Harvard-Sciences Po Summit, hosted global leaders in Paris, and delivered seven policy reports for governments and international institutions.

Climate Diplomacy

Served as a climate negotiator across UN climate processes, contributing to 10 technology workstreams. Co-drafted consensus language adopted into final COP decision texts through 50+ negotiation sessions, and represented G77 parties as spokesperson on AI4Climate initiatives.

Off The Clock

Outside work, I have played squash for 7 years and have been gaming since I was 12; my best FACEIT ELO reached 3K in CS:GO and CS2, and I also enjoy Civilization 2. My favorite hiking spots are in New Jersey, especially the Delaware Water Gap (including the Mt. Tammany loop), the Stairway to Heaven section of the Appalachian Trail, and routes near the Palisades and the Hudson fjord, where glacial carving, basalt traprock cliffs, and folded sedimentary ridges make the geology as interesting as the trails.
